Here's another card I made for Father's Day.
* After finishing the tree I decided to add flowers since our apple tree had just finished blooming. (We had a long winter and a late spring!)
* It's my husband's favourite tree, so I knew he would appreciate the thought!! We're hoping for lots of apples this fall!!

* After die cutting the Mighty Oak Cover Plate, I stamped the tree trunk with Dark Chocolate ink and both sides of the leaves with New Leaf ink.
* I scored the center of the leaves and folded them before applying a thin line
of glue to each center. This allowed me to give the leaves a dimensional look.
* The flowers (Mini Blooms) were stamped onto the matching die cut and scattered around the tree branches and leaves.
* A green resin bird (Webster's Pages) was added to the tree.
* The sentiment is also from Mini Blooms.
