Bunny Postcards

When I first saw the bunny in Polka Dot Parade #1, I knew it would
make perfect Easter cards for my grand nieces and nephews
(and my sons and husband too!!) Once I started working on a layout,
I decided to make little "postcards" instead of traditional cards.

Here's a stack of eleven postcards all set for Easter.

A rainbow of bunnies - blues,  pinks, lavender, purple and yellow.

The front panel was cut from Stamper's Select White
card stock using a 3" x 4" die (My Favorite Things)
I stamped the sentiment and bunny first, then masked
the bunny so the flowers and stems could be stamped
along the bottom. The "sun"  was added, then the blue
skies were inked with a blending tool. Finally individual
names were stamped in the top left corner and a
Vintage Cream felt tail was attached.

Each card was mounted onto a mat of a coordinating colour:

Spring Rain Bunny  and  Limeade Ice Cardstock Mat

Blueberry Sky Bunny and Cardstock Mat

Harvest Gold Bunny and Berry Sorbet Mat

Berry Sorbet Bunny and Harvest Gold Mat

Lavender Moon Bunny and Cardstock Mat

Winter Wisteria Bunny and Cardstock Mat

These post cards are precious. Love how they are personalized. The inking of the blue skies are fantastic.
